14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a product does not work as described, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase -- no questions asked.
What Qualifies for a Refund
- The product does not function as described on its product page
- You experience a technical issue we are unable to resolve
- The product was purchased by mistake (within the 14-day window)
- You are not satisfied with the product for any reason (within 14 days)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at team@weekend-empire.com with:
- Your email address used for the purchase
- The product name
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued through Paddle, our payment processor, back to the original payment method.
Subscriptions
For subscription products (such as Empire Pass), you can cancel at any time through your Paddle customer portal. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
If you request a refund for a subscription charge, we will refund the most recent payment and cancel the subscription. Previous billing periods are not eligible for refund.
After the 14-Day Window
Refund requests received after the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may still issue a refund if the product has a significant defect that was not apparent within the initial period. Contact us and we will do our best to help.
Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear to be fraudulent or abusive, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same product.
