1. Agreement

By accessing or using any products or services provided through weekend-empire.com (“Weekend Empire”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.

2. Products and Services

Weekend Empire offers digital products including web tools, browser extensions, and SaaS utilities. All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. Products may be sold as one-time purchases or subscriptions (such as the Empire Pass).

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access purchased products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax compliance, invoicing, and payment processing on our behalf. By purchasing a product, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy.

Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to local taxes as determined by Paddle. All prices are final at checkout.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription products (such as Empire Pass) renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time through your Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period -- you retain access until then.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If a product does not work as described, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All products, content, code, and materials provided by Weekend Empire are owned by us or our licensors. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for its intended purpose. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer our products.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our products for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Redistribute or share your account access with others
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our products
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our services

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements beyond what is described in the product listing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weekend Empire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
